This publication concentrates on the concept of Lifelong Learning (LLL) in five chapters. Our goal is to clarify the interconnection between information and knowledge society in the 21. century. Further we are analysing the relationship between LLL and life quality.
This relationship is preparing the way for a knowledge society, which is highly anticipated in the process of global transformation through the huge pressure of information, a change of life and the quality of the conditions of this process.
The goal of this publication is to realise the importance and the efficiency of LLL as a tool for the internal and external surroundings of an organisation but also for the whole of society. First of all the goal is to measure the quality of the change of society. In a time of financial and economic crisis it is our duty not only to learn about and from our own information, but above all to find a solution through them. We need to find a way to transform such information into a productive and innovative solution that will enable a positive determination of the later life quality of a given individual, the organisation, and society and their relations.
In the conclusion of this publication we focus on the strategy of LLL. This is done by setting the positive outcomes into relation with the appropriate use of time of the persons for the benefit of the growth of the personality of these people. This way, by increasing personal growth, the quality of life of the single person, the given organisation and in the last consequence the whole of society shows growth as well.
